Later that day *** ********** dispute documentation was received. *** ******** contacted customer service on July 20, 2023,įor a dispute update, and was advised again the dispute time frame was 45-90ĭays for resolution. Please do something about then making mistakes such as not confirming fax documents and they provisional credits. I hope yall can make them become a cordial company. I just wish someone from the company that is a boss would call me at phone number #-#-# asap. The world today its must to confirm because you or we have a lot identity thefts and hackers and etc going in today. But they ain't willing to fight for me.just like fax documents are unsafe with them because they don't confirm fax documents to customers. They are the people who has my money on they security. Please respond them about giving me my provisional credits. Now they saying it's a wait.they don't no kind of personal that is honest about he company.they won't help or fight a merchant that owes money to me. Rapidpay told me on I would get a provisional credit in the amount of 74.19. The game disc I bought brand new, when I went to open it was scared and scratch, I couldn't afford to put it in my *********** * console. ******** sent me a shipment I paid for that was missing 2 $10.00 *********** network gaming cards. The amount of the provisional credit is 66.00. On I was suppose qualify for a provisional credit of 66.00 from rapidpay cards for a **** pass that was suppose be for 30 days and only was able to use 29 days because they bus stamp for 29 days.
